Okay really. I’m excited to announce that NLS will be offering education opportunities for moms looking to learn to capture their children though everyday photographs. If you have a “nice camera” and are ready to start really taking advantage of it, let’s rock it! If you think you might ever consider doing photography as a business, please consider more formal classes out of respect for me. I’m running a business here and am excited to connect & share with other moms!
We’re going to start small & local with an online discussion forum to get the basics of exposure: aperture, ISO and shutter speed. The first lessons will use information from the book Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson. This book gives us the perfect foundation for learning to get away from shooting in Auto! These lessons and initial membership to the forum will be free to start so get in there! The forum is located at: http://michianamamarazzi.proboards.com You’ll apply for membership and will receive an email notification when you’re approved. Please also set up a flickr account at http://flickr.com We will be routinely sharing pictures of our kids and precautions will be taken to ensure utmost privacy and prudence.
In the spring, an in-person seminar will be offered for a fee. Follow-up online discussion will be included.
